Been trying out a bunch of games lately… Ghost Recon Chromehounds, Full Auto and Saint’s Row. So far Saint’s Row has my attention the most.
I bought Ghost Recon and damn I’m getting to old to memorize all those damn buttons on a controller! :p Where’s my mouse and keyboard at? Fun game but it’s like a rubics cube remembering what all the keys do! heh
As for Chromehounds, well I know it’s very popular but I had a hard time getting into it. It misses objectives in the single player mode, you have no idea what your objectives are b/c while the buttons are easy to remember there are absolutely no info on a mission once you’re into it. Kind of the same for online, I just got annihilated online but that’s understandable even with the easy interface. The people there are hardcore and helpful but too hardcore for me to do much without spending more time.
Full Auto was a fun game, returned it while doing the career mode and may pick it up if the price drops in the next few months on a used copy. It’s always fun killing people while racing.
Saint’s Row is what I have out right now from Blockbuster and it’s a lot of fun kicking the shit out of other gangs and driving around jamming to Ratt, Slaughter, Winger and Wagner! LOL Kind of nice to take people out while listening to The Ride of the Valkyries. Will probably keep this out through the weekend and see if it holds my attention long enought to buy it.
