It appears that EA/Dice has released the final update to Battelfield 2142 on June 1.  Not tried it yet and downloading as I type this.  It kicked me out to the EA Downloader which in EA fashion shows no download so I’m downloading from FilePlanet and it’s downloading at 1mbs so I’m fine with it but it pisses me off that EA can’t even deliver a patch without issue.  Makes me wonder what’s going to happen when Battlefield 3 has the auto download (as mentioned) and it can’t figure it out.  Sorry to rant but WTF EA… I show NO updates even tho I own Northern Strike (and it shows as installed).

Hope they pull their heads from their asses when BF3 is released.
