UnrealTournament Domination

OK… I’m hoping that this gets out to search engines. hehe I want to find a group of people who want to or do play the original UnrealTournament Domination to set up some matches weekly or whatever time frame. 
Anyone out there that still loves this MOD for the original UT that they killed.

My Shiny New Proc

I had upgraded earlier this year to a Radeon x1900xtx and an Asus A8R32-MVP but kept my AMD64 3500 until the x2 processors came down. Finally picked up the AMD64 4800 x2 this week from NewEgg and very happy with it. My 3DMark06 bench went up 1200 from it and I’m sure that it will do well with some of the CPU intensive games like UnrealTournament. Not that I compete well in that game anymore, don’t spend enough time but still love it. We’ll see how it does with BF2.
My Cool WinAMP Playlist

I updated my WinAMP song playlist displayer tonight with a friend (Indigo) that converted it over to Flash. This is what I’m listening to… kind of what you see in blogs with moods, what I’m listening to, blah blah blah. I was using this before with text but it’s Flash cool now. LOL
I actually use the DoSomething plugin for WinAMP that’s over at OddSock and it’s handy, basically you configure it to create a file with what you want to display from your WinAMP playlist (song title, artist, album) from the xx number of songs and then set it to FTP the file to a location on your server. I basically made it XML compliant and his Flash display reads the XML and displays it. BTW the green icon will soon change to red or green depending on the # of minutes that the playlist was updated. I know it shows the last time it was updated but I wanted something else in there… LOL So when it’s working it will show red if I haven’t listened to a track in 15 minutes or more. For me it’s either I’ve left the PC or I’m listening to Radio Vietnam.
I created the graphics and he put it into Flash. I’m hoping to make this my first WordPress Plug-in so that you can choose colors and the red/green icon through WordPress, configure the DoSomething plug-in (through WinAMP since it is configured on your local machine) and it will do the same for you. Stay Tuned… I’m a bit slow with creating WordPress plug-ins! LOL
Gallery Finally Back Up

Been working on re-adding the gallery and it’s done. I added some Battlefield 2142 screenies from the beta test. Still have some clean up to do on the Gallery side, a bit ugly right now with the embedding… Hope to have that worked out this weekend.
